Restaurant Abigail delivers gastronomy at the absolute highest level. Here you can experience an exclusive 11-course tasting menu, where each course is carefully composed with a focus on flavor, aesthetics and quality. In addition, the restaurant offers an impressively large and broad wine list with exquisite wines from around the world.

For our dedicated team we now seek an engaged and experienced Manager with wine knowledge, who will help ensure the daily operation on the floor and raise our guest experiences even higher.

About the position

• Full-time with a flexible schedule
• Start: By agreement – we are happy to wait for the right person
• Workplace: Abigail Axeltowers, part of the Norrlyst Group with over 16 restaurants in Copenhagen
• Salary: Competitive and based on experience and qualifications

As Manager you will have a central role in daily operations and service, where you help create overview, ensure high service standards and ensure that both guests and staff get the best possible experience. You lead on the floor and work closely with the restaurant management and the rest of the team.

You will become part of Norrlyst Group's newest project in Axeltower, where Tamashii becomes part of the house. Henrik Jyrk will lead the overall gastronomic experience and development of the house and both restaurants.

We are looking for you, who

• Have a minimum of 1-2 years of leadership experience – preferably from a gastronomically high level
• Have experience taking responsibility for a service and preferably leading or training colleagues
• Are professionally strong, detail-oriented and used to working in a structured way
• Are passionate about wine and gastronomy in harmony
• Thrives in a busy environment with high standards and natural guest contact
• Have a good overview and can coordinate service and staff on the floor
• Are a good colleague and team player with positive energy and sense of responsibility
