Mariager-Assens Home Care is seeking 2 social- and health care assistants – primarily day shifts

We are facing a new elderly reform and many exciting new initiatives, therefore we need even more hands to jointly carry the task.

As an employee in Mariager-Assens Home Care, you will become part of a strong, professionally grounded and professional team, where collaboration and the work environment are of the highest priority! We in Mariagerfjord are committed to performing our work professionally and sparring with one another through professional collaboration.

We shall provide holistic care and we have two interdisciplinary team meetings each week with the visitation team, the nursing, the rehabilitative therapists and our health care teams. This so that citizens/patients can experience continuity and professional support and help. Likewise we must ensure that citizens become as self-reliant as possible through our interdisciplinary collaboration.

Therefore we are seeking qualified social and health care assistants for our two teams. The positions are 37 hours/week or by agreement. Weekend work upon request every 2nd or every 3rd weekend.

As SSH in Mariager-Assens Home Care you work closely with other professional groups across shifts to ensure a high level of professionalism, where we will not compromise patient safety or professional standards.

As SSH in Mariager-Assens Home Care you are a central and indispensable part of our task solving, which means you have influence at the workplace, in close collaboration with coordinators, professional team leader and the manager. Training period/ Intro

We see a great importance in that you receive a good introduction period based on your personal and professional competences, so you can feel safe in the tasks you will perform. An individual start-up plan is therefore planned in collaboration with you after hire.
