Master Planner & ERP Specialist

Do you want to help create alignment between planning, production and ERP at a completely new Danish factory?

We are seeking an analytical and structured Master Planner & ERP Specialist who will take responsibility for our planning processes, master data and ERP system. You will have a central role in ensuring material availability, efficient capacity utilization and high delivery reliability.

You will become part of Nammo Denmark A/S in Elling, where we are building a new Danish production organization with focus on quality, precision and collaboration.

Your role

You report to our Supply Chain Manager and will be responsible for integrated planning, master data and ERP governance. As the local super-user in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) you will also be the link between the local organization and Nammo's global ERP organization.

You will collaborate closely with Sales, Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, Quality and IT to create stable processes, ensure valid data and drive continuous improvements.

Your main tasks

• Develop and maintain demand, supply and production plans.
• Drive the forecast process and ensure balance between demand, capacity, materials and inventory.
• Plan production, monitor MRP and prioritize production orders.
• Create and maintain master data, bill of materials, production routings and planning parameters.
• Ensure data quality and be the local super-user in D365.
• Support ERP implementation, user testing, data validation and training of users.
• Develop KPI tracking, reporting and dashboards as well as drive process improvements.

Who are you?

You have a relevant education in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or equivalent experience.

We expect that you have a minimum of five years of experience with Supply Chain Planning as well as experience with MRP, MPS, capacity planning, Master Data Management and Microsoft Dynamics 365. You work confidently with data and KPI tracking and have good IT skills, including Excel. Experience with Power BI, S&OP and ERP implementation is an advantage.

As a person you are analytical, structured and responsible. You take ownership, follow up and create momentum. At the same time you thrive in cross-functional collaboration where good results are created through dialogue, coordination and common solutions.

You communicate confidently in Danish and English, both verbally and in writing. You must also be able to present a criminal record and obtain security clearance.
