In CBA-Skive (Center for Housing- and Activity Offers) the community and collaboration are a cornerstone, and therefore we hire in combined positions and you will eventually be able to be attached to other places in the organization. You will primarily be attached to Residential Facility Hjalmar Kjems Allé 5.

Who are we?

CBA-Skive (Center for Housing- and Activity Offers) consists of activity and socializing services, group homes, respite services and 24-hour care for citizens with developmental disabilities.

We work purposefully with each citizen's development and well-being and believe that a good life is created through meaningful relationships, recognition, life mastery and the citizen's own perspective.

About the Residential Facility Hjalmar Kjems Allé 5

At Hjalmar Kjems Allé there are a total of 14 wonderful citizens aged 21 to 82, of whom 8 live at no. 5.

The citizens all have reduced cognitive functional ability and communication challenges to varying degrees. Common to them is the need for support to live an independent and meaningful life through pedagogical, practical and personal care.

We are a team that places a high value on professional sparring, reflection and development. We are curious about new methods and perspectives, while building on what works.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a colleague who

• is motivated by working with complex problems
• values documentation as an important part of the professional work
• can balance between pedagogical, practical and healthcare tasks

• would preferably have experience with or knowledge of autism and autism pedagogical approaches, but it is not a requirement

We imagine that you are either

• occupational therapist
• trained pedagogue
• pedagogical assistant
• healthcare professional by education

You must also have a category B driving license, as driving a handicap bus is part of the daily tasks.

Working hours

The position involves rotating day and evening shifts on weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

As a rule, every 2nd weekend is worked. There may be the possibility of working every 4th weekend.

Employment terms

• Start date: as soon as possible
• Hours: up to 37 hours per week
