Pedagogical night shift worker wanted for a new one-on-one care offer near Herning

We are looking for you, who has a solid caregiving instinct, a good overview and is a good communicator. It is essential that you can, in connection with handover, pass the task securely to the day shift.

With us you will be a central part of a team where you take ownership of your tasks. You will become an important part of the house with the possibility to make independent decisions, but also consult with your colleagues daily.

In your team you will follow an annual cycle that provides time for professional depth into the pedagogical efforts as well as professional supervision. Your work is built on fixed daily structures, but you will still never experience two days being the same.

It is an advantage if you

• Have a relevant pedagogical, social or health-related education
• Have knowledge of working with epilepsy, autism, complex behavioral challenges and thrive in care work
• Have professional skills that enable you to maintain an overview and make decisions under pressure
• Have a high degree of empathy, honesty and are willing to take responsibility
• Have experience with personal care
• Hold a valid driving license (category B)

The night shifts run in a 7/7 rotation with each other, so one works in even weeks and the other in odd weeks.
