  • Has experience with or strong interest in special education and is passionate about teaching students with special needs.
  • Works holistically with an eye for "the whole child" and is able to differentiate instruction so that all students experience success and mastery.
  • Is relationally strong, clear in classroom management and able to create safe, structured and motivating settings.
  • Appreciates committed teamwork, CO-teaching and collegial sparring.
  • Is adaptable, as everyday life can be characterized by changes and ongoing intake of new students.

We offer

  • A workplace with high professionalism, job satisfaction and a strong collegial community.
  • A close collaboration with skilled and engaged colleagues through structured teamwork and CO-teaching.
  • Opportunities to put your own pedagogical and didactic imprint on teaching and development in the department.
  • A wonderful and curious student group as well as a positive parent body.
