Solhjem is a cozy care center with room for 32 residents and a group of dedicated, caring and professionally skilled staff. Here, everyone knows each other, and it creates security, presence and flexibility in everyday life for both residents and employees.

We are an active house where nature, outdoor life and community are an important part of everyday life. At the same time, we place great emphasis on well-being. At Solhjem, both residents, employees and good ideas should flourish.

We are looking for both hourly colleagues who can work in the afternoon, evening and weekends, which makes it possible to combine the job with studies or school - but we can also use colleagues during daytime on weekdays if you want to work more hours.

Who are you?

• You are over 18 years old and perhaps have experience of working with elderly people and care - and care tasks, or you are eager to learn it.
• You want to have a job that always makes sense and where you have the opportunity to make a difference by creating an active and safe everyday life for our residents.
• You want to work with people, gain new skills and become wiser about yourself and others.
• You want to gain experience in a professional area where you never get bored and where you can always get a job.

What can you expect from us?

• We ensure that you receive thorough training, where no question is silly and where your sense of security is the most important factor.
• We have a large fixed group of trained staff, so there is always someone you can ask and get help from
• We are a small house with approachable management. At Solhjem it is important that everyone feels welcome and never feels alone.
• At Solhjem we are open to new ideas and there is little from thought to action. We give space for your ideas and competencies to become part of daily life. So if you can play the ukulele, crochet or do nails, that can also come into play.

Salary and employment terms are according to the applicable collective agreement. Base salary for the lowest base pay grade is DKK 162.34/hour excluding pension, depending on experience and competencies. In addition, qualification and job-related allowances can be agreed.
