We are seeking SSHs for 37 hours (or hours by further agreement with you). Employment from 1 November 2026 or by agreement.

• The new elderly law: Including implementation of multidisciplinary teams
• Triage: We hold daily meetings where we discuss each citizen's situation and needs
• The rehabilitative approach: We support citizens to live as independent a life as possible, for as long as possible
• Electronic documentation: We document via our care system Nexus
