Metalworker for load body construction and aluminium in Hedensted

Are you a blacksmith/metalworker and would you like to work with load body construction and special builds?

We need a blacksmith in Hedensted for fabrication, assembly and service.

You land in a production where the work concerns standard and special builds for transport equipment. Work with bodies, boxes and aluminium build-ups, so you get a professional environment where design and practical use go hand in hand. The team is around 15 employees, so you become part of a place where people know each other without it becoming too small.

The role is for you who can take on both pre-processing, assembly and repair. It's not only new constructions, as service and repair also fill daily work. You must be able to work steadily, think things through along the way and speak up if something doesn't add up.

What you get Salary: 200-220 DKK per hour

Your everyday

The day is about getting metal parts prepared, processed and assembled in the correct order. Some tasks lie in new fabrication, others in repair and service, so you switch between building up and getting existing solutions to work again.

You will, among other things, work with

• Prepares and processes metal parts for assemblies
• Fabricates and assembles constructions for load bodies and boxes
• Repairs and services finished metal constructions
• Adapts standard and special builds to the task

The important thing is that you work steadily through the process and speak up if something doesn't add up. Here, finish and function are tightly linked because the solution must be usable in everyday life afterwards.

You do not need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must stand behind what you deliver.

We expect that you

• Have at least 3 years' experience as a blacksmith/metalworker
• Have a driving license
• Can work with pre-processing, processing and assembly
• Are stable and show up as agreed
• Speak up if something doesn't add up

It is an advantage if you have tried repair, service or construction work before. But the most important is that you can take responsibility for your work from start to finish.
