Social- and Health Helper for fixed night shift – Randers

Midtjysk Pleje seeks an engaged and responsible social- and health helper for fixed night shift in our department in Randers.

We offer a permanent position in 7/7 rotation with working hours from 11:00 PM–7:00 AM .

As night shift you will be an important part of our effort to ensure safety, continuity and quality for our citizens throughout the night.

About the position

As a fixed night shift you work independently and are alone on duty as a representative of Midtjysk Pleje. You will therefore have a large responsibility to meet citizens' needs and handle the situations that may arise during the night.

When there is a need for professional sparring or challenges, there is the possibility to contact the municipal nurse.

The position is linked to our department in Randers and mainly includes nightly visits in Randers as well as occasional visits in Favrskov Municipality .

You will be provided with a company car for use during working hours .

We are looking for someone who

• Is educated social- and health helper
• Has experience from home care
• Has experience with and thrives in night shifts
• Is reliable, responsible and trustworthy
• Works independently and thrives on working alone
• Can remain calm and act professionally in acute and unforeseen situations
• Has a good overview and can prioritize your tasks
• Is caring and focuses on the individual citizen's needs and dignity
• Has knowledge of Nexus – this is an advantage, but not a requirement
