One of our skilled night nurses will be undergoing training, and therefore we are looking for a new colleague to join a stable night-shift team.

Your role as SSH or SSA in the night shift

In the night shift you become a co-creator of calm and safety for the residents – and an important support for colleagues. Your tasks will include:

• Provide care and support with presence and respect
• Ensure proper documentation and good collaboration with colleagues and relatives
• Contribute to a rehabilitative and meaningful daily life – also at night
• Take responsibility and work in a structured way based on residents' needs and wishes
• Contribute to the good mood, home-like atmosphere and a positive working environment

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who

• Is trained as a social and health helper, or a social and health assistant.
• Has professional strength and a desire to develop yourself
• Is passionate about creating a good everyday life for older people
• Is positive, flexible and thrives both independently and in teams
• Knows correct documentation and health-professional guidelines
