Your three most important tasks Care and nursing in citizens' homes (approx. 70%)

You provide care, personal care, and present conversations that give citizens security and quality of life in their own home.

Coordination and collaboration (approx. 25%)

You work closely with colleagues, relatives and professionals to ensure high-quality care. Documentation and follow-up are a natural part of your work.

Travel time between citizens (approx. 5%)

Part of your time is spent on transport between citizens' homes. You must therefore have a valid driver's license – and optionally be able to provide your own car.

To succeed in the position

• You must have a health professional education as social- and health helper/assistant
• The position is from 22:00-06:30 on a 7:7 rotation.
• You must be able to work independently and keep a cool head in pressured situations.
