About the job

Are you passionate about delivering nursing care with high professional quality – in citizens' own homes? We are seeking a nurse for our new district Doktorparken.

Are you a nurse with a sharp clinical eye and a passion for meeting people where they are?

As a visiting nurse with us you get the opportunity to put your professional expertise to use in the citizen's own home. Here we work with complex and diverse tasks, where you both get responsibility, influence and the opportunity to deepen in the individual citizen.

You will become an important part of a professionally engaged team, where we help each other, spar and develop together – every day. With the car as your office and the citizens as your focus, you will have a meaningful everyday life full of variation, presence and health care challenges.

As a visiting nurse you become part of a professionally strong team, where we work closely together and value both independence and collaboration highly. Your tasks range from palliative trajectories and acute tasks to holistic nursing in complex patient pathways and provide opportunities for both deepening and professional development.

District Doktorparken is a new district from 5/1-27, where both nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, SOSU assistants, SOSU helpers and unskilled workers work in cross-disciplinary teams with a focus on holistic care. In the district there are between 90-100 permanent staff and you report to 2 managers.

Your primary tasks will be

  • Performing nursing tasks in citizens' homes – always with the citizen as the most important core task
  • Performing nursing tasks in our two nursing clinics, where citizens come to us
  • Collaboration with relatives and multidisciplinary partners – both internally in our organization and externally
  • Coordinator and sparring partner in complex, acute and unstable trajectories
  • Documentation, knowledge sharing and professional sparring with colleagues

We are looking for someone who

  • Is a trained nurse
  • Has experience with and/or interest in home care and interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Thrives in a daily life with responsibility, variation and unpredictability
  • Can work independently and make professional decisions
  • Has a positive mindset and sees opportunities rather than limitations – also on busy days
  • Has a driving license for car (B)

We offer

  • A varied everyday life with exciting and meaningful tasks
  • A strong and supportive community with good professional sparring
  • Close managerial support
  • A workplace focused on well-being and job satisfaction
  • Good onboarding, where we take into account what you need
  • Day and evening shifts and work on average every 4th weekend – you should expect evening shifts between 17:00-20:00 on a 12-week cycle
