About the job

Full-time day shift, 37 hours/week.

We are not just looking for a nurse. We are looking for a new colleague.

A colleague who wants to be part of a team with high professionalism, strong solidarity and a work environment we are proud of.

In Team East we know that nurses have many opportunities. Therefore we believe that a good working life is about more than working hours and salary. It is about professional development, colleagues you can rely on, leaders who are close by, and about being part of a team where citizens' needs are the central focus, and where we are proud of the nursing professional contributions we deliver.

We work with complex nursing tasks in the local healthcare. It requires clinical insight, independence and the ability to create overview in trajectories with many partners. Some days move fast, but we never stand alone. We lift tasks together, help each other and share our knowledge, because we know that strong professional communities create the best trajectories for citizens.

Now we are looking for a nurse for a permanent position in primary day shift with weekend shift every 4th week. The position is 37 hours per week, but other hours can be requested. We want the position filled no later than December 1, 2026, but preferably earlier.

"You will become part of a workplace with high professionalism and exciting, complex citizen journeys, but also a place where we prioritise well-being, humour and a good working environment high."

  • Vibe, occupational health representative

In 2022 Team East received Esbjerg Municipality's Occupational Health Prize. We are proud of it, and we still work every day to maintain the culture of cooperation, trust and professionalism that characterises our workplace.

A daily life with professional breadth and independence

As a nurse in Team East you will have the opportunity to bring your entire nursing professionalism into play.

We work with complex, acute and rehabilitative citizen pathways, where the goal is to create coherence, quality and security for the citizens. You will be responsible for clinical assessments, coordination of interventions and close collaboration with citizens, relatives, general practitioners, hospitals and other partners.

We meet citizens in their own homes, at four nursing homes and in four nursing clinics. It provides a varied working day and great professional breadth.

To create the best framework for nursing we have both a fixed shift planner and a nursing professional coordinator, who support daily operations and create overview.

We offer

  • A strong nursing professional community with engaged colleagues
  • Individual training and follow-up
  • Continuous competence development
  • Possibility for specialist training in citizen-near nursing
  • Great independence and influence on your workday
  • Approachable management with focus on dialogue, development and well-being
  • A workplace where professionalism, humour and job satisfaction go hand in hand

We seek you who

  • Is a licensed nurse
  • Thrives with independent responsibility and complex citizen pathways
  • Can maintain overview, even when tempo is high
  • Contributes actively to collaboration and community
  • Meets citizens, relatives and partners with professionalism and respect
  • Wants to develop both your own and the shared nursing professionalism

Driver's license is a prerequisite.
