Nurse - Maternity leave substitute with duties at a residential care facility

We are seeking a maternity-leave replacement - a nurse with nursing professional duties at a residential facility for the Home Nursing and Nursing District Nordals, in Sønderborg Municipality

We are seeking 1 nurse in an event-driven maternity-leave replacement to perform nursing tasks at residential facilities in Nordals on 37 hours per week as of 1 January 2027.

The nurses collectively cover the municipality's 4 Home Care and Nursing Districts in close collaboration with each other and in cooperation with the other interdisciplinary teams in the districts and residential facilities.

We want strengthened collaboration with the municipality's residential facilities, so that the health-related interventions for each resident are of higher quality. It is in a cross-disciplinary working community that we succeed with the core task ”A dignified life – where your potential is in play”.

Working hours are as a rule day shifts on weekdays. Other shifts may occur as part of building relational coordination, which will be agreed with you.

Job tasks

The task solution is based on the ongoing overall development work in the Department of Care and Development around the 6 tracks, which are based on a citizen perspective and an employee perspective and which have been politically adopted. Regarding the tasks and collaboration, the following are emphasised:

• You will help ensure a strong relational coordination around the citizen.
• You create the framework for good dialogue, both regarding what works and what does not.
• You unfold potentials and develop professional quality in the work based on the 6 tracks.
• Contribute and collaborate to deliver non-delegated health-law services at the residential facilities and thereby create relations and continuity for residents and staff
• You document in the 12 nursing professional condition areas in consultation with the resident, staff at the residence and the progression nurses
• You are involved in implementing welfare-technology medication management solutions at the residential facilities in collaboration with the pharmaconomist.

Our expectations of you

• Danish authorization as a nurse
• Experience with working as a home care nurse and/or other somatic experience
• Interest and knowledge of Psychiatry and Disability care, with good pedagogical skills
• Relevant experience and knowledge of nursing documentation and health-law services
• Competent and responsible demeanor, with great emphasis on dialogue, collaboration and recognition
• Ability to teach, facilitate and provide sparring to colleagues and partners
• Ability to work both independently and in teams
• Having an overview and working systematically
• Promotes interdisciplinary collaboration, as well as strong pedagogical and communicative skills
• Has a driving license
