About the job

Are you interested in professional development, interdisciplinary collaboration and the good citizen journey, and do you have a curious approach to the link between therapeutic disciplines, interdisciplinary work, rehabilitation and holistic care in accordance with the Elderly Act?

We are seeking an occupational therapist who can take on the role as contact person and pathway lead in both rehabilitative pathways and long-term pathways, under the Health Act, the Social Services Act and the Elderly Act, where holistic care is in focus.

In addition, a therapeutic perspective through holistic care in the long-term pathways.

Are you motivated by delivering high-quality care and rehabilitation visits and ensuring that citizens experience security, continuity and presence in their journeys? You will have the opportunity to work closely with citizens and join a professional environment where collaboration, quality and development are highly valued. The tasks span a broad target group consisting of both older and younger citizens with varying needs, which gives you ample opportunity to apply your entire professional skill set.

The tasks are often complex and require both overview, commitment and a holistic view of the citizen’s situation.

In daily work you will be a central professional actor in ensuring coherent pathways. You will work closely with both social and health staff, other therapists, nurses and you will experience that your professional expertise is used, valued and sought after. We work purposefully to create a culture where professional sparring, curiosity and openness are the driving forces in our collective development.
