Do you want to make a difference for adults with autism?
We are seeking a care-/pedagogical assistant for a maternity leave cover at Strandlodsvej on Amager. We are looking for you who want to create safety, good relationships and a meaningful daily life for our residents.
About the job
On Strandlodsvej we work with adult residents with autism who need pedagogical support. We base our approach on the individual resident's needs and resources and work with structure, predictability and relationships.
Your tasks will among other things be to
- support the residents in daily tasks and personal needs
- contribute to structure and safe frameworks
- participate in activities that support the residents' well-being
- collaborate with colleagues for a good and coherent daily life
Who are you?
You are caring, patient and responsible. You meet the residents with respect and curiosity and can remain calm, even when situations require extra time and attention.
It is an advantage if you have experience with care work, pedagogy or people with special support needs. The most important is that you want to learn and contribute to the residents' well-being.

Salary and employment terms
The position is a maternity-leave cover of 37 hours per week. There may possibly be an opportunity for extension. Start on December 1, 2026 or as soon as possible.
Working hours are between 7:00 and 23:00 and every 3rd weekend. You will be employed under the applicable collective agreement. We will obtain references and a criminal record check in connection with the employment.
