Why choose us

With us you become part of a department with high professionalism, strong collegiality and good opportunities for development. We work with dialog-based work planning because we know that flexibility and balance between work life and private life matter greatly.

You will receive a thorough introduction and a structured training program so you get off to a good start. As part of our buddy scheme you will be paired with a colleague who helps you settle in and become part of the community.

At the same time we offer modern laboratory facilities, a wide variation in tasks and opportunities for both professional immersion and specialization.

Whether you work at the analysis equipment or meet patients directly, you are an important part of the patient pathway. We know that correct and timely analysis results are crucial for patient safety, and therefore we continuously work on quality and improvement of our workflows.

Professional development and specialisation

We aim to develop skilled bioanalysts and support ongoing competence development. You can engage in roles such as super user, liaison bioanalyst or social media ambassador, but also delve into particular fields such as differential counting, M-component analyses, special analyses and project management.

We believe that professional development is created through responsibility, curiosity and the opportunity to contribute actively to both daily operations and the department's ongoing development.

Who are you?

You are a licensed bioanalyst or soon to be graduated. Maybe you have several years of experience, or perhaps you are moving into your first job.

We value that you are curious, quality-conscious and thrive with responsibility and collaboration. You want to contribute to high quality, patient safety and a good working environment.
