Who are we?

Long-term Ward E is part of Epilepsi Hospital Filadelfia and houses 9 residents with epilepsy, brain injury, physical disabilities and psychosocial challenges. Long-term Ward E is the only department in Denmark where residents live with us but are inpatients. It provides a unique framework for care, treatment and collaboration.

Who are you?

• You may be retired, experienced, new to the field, an SSA student or nursing student.
• You have a health background (e.g., SSA, SSH, nurse or equivalent).
• You thrive on meaningful, present and professional work.
• You can take shifts at short notice and want to be part of a team that helps each other.

About the job

• You will be attached as an on-call substitute, where you choose which shifts you can take.
• The work consists of care, compassion and support to residents who need your expertise and your presence.

Starting salary

Filadelfia is obliged to provide information about the starting salary for the position. The base salary, centrally set allowances and pension are stated in the relevant collective agreement.

The starting salary may vary depending on seniority, relevant experience and education.

The starting salary is stated for 37 hours and amounts to

Nurses

In addition to the starting salary there may be

• Right to allowances according to local pre-agreements
• Right to special allowances, e.g. allowances for evening, night and weekend work
• Opportunity to negotiate individual allowances depending on the position as well as experience and qualifications.
