Online Danish teachers wanted – flexible work as self-employed

Online Danish teachers wanted – flexible work as a freelancer

FluentIQ is an online platform for language teaching, where students from around the world book lessons with independent tutors. We are now looking for Danish teachers who want to teach online and who can explain and teach in German.

About the role

You teach students one-on-one via video and decide for yourself when and how much you want to teach, from a few hours per week up to a full work week. You set your own price, and students choose you based on your profile and introduction video. The teaching takes place in our booking system, so you don’t have to manage payments or the calendar yourself.

What we expect

• That you have a very high level of Danish
• That you can teach and explain in German, so you can help German-speaking students
• Experience with teaching or guidance is desirable
• A stable internet connection and a quiet place from which to teach

Terms and compensation

• You are not employed. You work as a freelancer under an agreement (independent contractor agreement) and are responsible for taxes and any duties.
• You set your own hourly rate. FluentIQ retains 20% of each lesson, and you receive the remaining 80%.
• The compensation is paid monthly in USD, usually within the first two weeks of the following month, via bank transfer or PayPal.
• We cannot promise a specific income, as it depends on demand.

How to apply
