At Dagrofa, IT is an important part of everyday life. Our IT solutions support everything from stores and offices to warehouse and logistics operations. Therefore, we are looking for an experienced and service-minded Onsite IT support professional who can help ensure stable and efficient IT operations close to the business.

You will become part of the IT Store team, which consists of 10 dedicated colleagues with different specialist areas. Together we support the business with operations, support and development of our IT solutions, with a focus on head offices and grocery environments.

The position is based in Ringsted with a fixed weekly day at our second head office in Ishøj. You will play an important role in ensuring that employees have the right IT tools and the necessary support to perform their tasks. In addition, there will also be smaller tasks at grocery stores and smaller specialist companies on Zealand.

A workday close to the business

As an Onsite IT Specialist you will be IT's local representative out at our locations.

You will work with both daily operations and support as well as implementation of new solutions and projects. You will get close to the business and gain insight into the processes that keep Dagrofa running every day.

The role therefore entails regular presence at several locations. You must therefore enjoy a varied workday where days are not necessarily alike.

Your main tasks

You will among other things be responsible for

• Provide onsite support at offices, warehouses and other locations on Zealand – including handling incidents
• Troubleshoot and support hardware, software, networks and printer solutions
• Plan and carry out smaller projects in collaboration with internal and external partners
• Participate in the implementation of hardware replacements and software upgrades
• Document and follow up on cases in ServiceNow
• Contribute to building and maintaining standards and requirements for IT equipment
• Contribute to ongoing efficiency improvements and standardization of processes and workflows
• Work closely with colleagues across IT to ensure stable and future-proof solutions

Who are you?

We imagine that you have a relevant IT vocational education such as datatechnician, IT administrator or equivalent. In addition, we expect that you:

• Have a minimum of 5 years' experience from an IT operations organization
• Have experience with operations and support in a medium or large company
• Have solid knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware and networks
• Work structurally and analytically with troubleshooting and problem solving
• Have broad technical understanding and thrive as an IT generalist
• Have experience with or an interest in warehouse and logistics environments
• Have knowledge of ServiceNow or a similar ITSM system
• Have good collaboration and communication skills
• Have a driving license for passenger cars, category B

It would be an advantage if you have worked with IT in warehouse environments or have previously supported mission-critical operations.
