  • advise and support relatives in single inquiries (open consultation) as well as in targeted pathways from, for example, admission and discharge from psychiatric department
  • coordinate a guiding function that alternates between open guidance, personal attendance or home visits for relatives, when it is assessed to be the best way to help.

  • have good collaboration skills and contribute your knowledge into the various municipal administrations
  • have strong communication skills, and can pass on experiences and results to management about the role’s development, needs, and more
  • would preferably have experience working with civil society and NGOs.

About you

  • You have a relevant education as a pedagogue, occupational therapist, social worker, social mediator, or similar – but we are open to being challenged and are open to other professional backgrounds.
  • You thrive on developing and testing dialogue tools and support opportunities in meeting with relatives, and integrating that work into workflows as part of the solution.
  • You are also good at being active when the target group needs to be recruited.
