Educator wanted for the nursery in Bulderbo starting 1 November 2026

Bulderbo is an integrated institution with about 90 children spread over two nurseries and four preschool groups, of which one is a special group.

You will be part of a house with high ceilings, bright indoor spaces and green outdoor areas, inviting curiosity, exploration and movement.

In the nursery we have a special focus on safety, presence and stable relationships. We are focused on following each child's initiatives and perspectives and creating frames where children have the opportunity to explore, play, practice and be a meaningful part of the community.

We view the whole day as a learning environment – from the welcome in the morning and meals to play, the cloakroom and outdoor life.

Our pedagogical stance

In Bulderbo we work from an appreciative and community-building pedagogy, inspired by Marte Meo and newer developmental psychology.

We focus on development-supportive interaction and on noticing what already succeeds in the relationship between child and adult. We believe that small adjustments in how we are with the children can make a big difference for their well-being, development and participation opportunities.

We see all children as competent and as children who do their best given the conditions they have. Therefore we are curious about our own practice and use professional reflection and sparring to continually become wiser about how we can create the best conditions for the children.

Who are you?

We are looking for a trained educator who is passionate about working with children aged 0–3 years. You are present, caring and have an eye for the many small moments in daily life where the relationship between child and adult makes a difference.

You can create safe frameworks while giving space for the children's initiatives, play and curiosity. You have an eye for both the individual child and the community and can see opportunities for all children to participate.

You actively contribute to the professional community, are curious about your own practice and want to develop yourself together with your colleagues. You also value a close and trusting collaboration with parents.

The position is 37 hours per week with start 1 November 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter.
