We are seeking a professionally skilled and outgoing pedagogue for a maternity leave position at Børnehuset Troldhøj.

We are seeking a trained pedagogue for a 36-hour maternity leave position.

You are active, creative, initiative-taking and professionally grounded, and love to create exciting activities for our children.

We are a kindergarten with about 50 children. We are 8 staff at Troldhøj, so you will become part of a small but strong team that helps each other across.

In Troldhøj we highly value presence, care and honesty in our collaboration.

Your tasks

• Being curious and reflective about practice and your own practice so we continuously can improve and become even better at creating well-being for our children.
• Close and strong cooperation with parents.
• Close collaboration with Resource Pedagogue, Speech/Listening counselors.
• Professional sparring partner with colleagues.
• To help strengthen a professional evaluation culture.
• Development of Language Assessment, Dialogue Profiles, Focus Points/Development Plans, Pathway Builder (Brain and Heart), Language tests, Motor Skills tests, Palle Post, Transition Assessments, pedagogical activities.
• Perhaps you have a craft, are musical or have other areas you are passionate about and want to share?

We are a Village Scheme under Holstebro Municipality with joint leadership and co-management of the school, the SFO and the kindergarten. Nr. Felding School and Kindergarten are located in the middle of an active local community close to Holstebro. We have beautiful and varied nature and a strong collaboration with the town's associations.

We have an engaged staff with 26 employees distributed between school, kindergarten and SFO.

We have 90 school children, about 55 children in SFO and 50 children in the kindergarten.

Salary and terms of employment will be in accordance with applicable collective agreement.
