Educator for SFO Toftlund District School - (re-advertisement)

"As long as you are our new super pedagogue – it’s your good play and exciting activities, it’s super fun to go to SFO" Maybe it’s you who hears this from a child after you start a job at Toftlund SFO.

An SFO, where play and learning always go hand in hand. If you think this way – and can act this way – then you are a perfect fit for our SFO. We indeed now have a permanent position as pedagogue at Toftlund School.

Your hours will mainly be in SFO and with a few hours in the school part. We work every day with ensuring that our SFO children develop socially and personally. We know best that this happens in close professional teamwork, where we continually discuss how, through the best didactics and inspiring learning environments, we can create activities that develop the children’s social and relational skills. You will become part of an ambitious SFO team.

We are looking for you, who are creative and passionate about movement activities and have strong relational skills in interaction with the children, colleagues and parents, and who has an overview in pressured situations. You take the initiative and can make relevant pedagogical measures in relation to the individual child and the large group of children.

Your team also enjoys having you involved in the meetings, because you take responsibility from day one and contribute with your professional knowledge, where you can connect pedagogical theory with practice and the reality the children are in, and not least you can plan, implement and evaluate pedagogical activities.

Toftlund SFO is part of Toftlund Distriktskole. We have children from 0–4th grade, and together with Agerskov Skole/SFO and the special school Høllevang, form the northern school/SFO district in Tønder Municipality.

The position is a permanent full-time position, and we expect that you can begin on 1 January 2027, or as soon as possible thereafter. Note that you must be able to attend at times when public transport is not available.

Application deadline is 17 November 2026 and we will conduct interviews on 23 November 2026.

If you want to know more about our SFO and the job, you are welcome to contact SFO district leader Lis Berndt Jacobsen at tel. 30 36 59 40. You are also very welcome to arrange a visit to the SFO and say hello.

Salary is according to the applicable collective agreement and personal qualifications and placement in the salary band depends on experience, competence and relevant education.

You apply for the position by sending application, CV and other documentation electronically via the application link. You will receive a receipt for the application, but be aware that the receipt and any invitation to interview may end up in your spam filter.
