Who are we?

In John's team we work with philosophical care. This means that presence, strong relationships and curiosity are at the core of our work.

We are focused on understanding the child's actions and creating frameworks where all children thrive and feel they belong.

Everyday life with us

A look that tells something. A hand that reaches out. A play that succeeds because we changed the frames. A child taking a small step into the community.

Children are different, and we adapt pedagogy to the individual. Some of our children need structure and visual support, while others need sensory breaks or help to play.

We celebrate the small successes and work consciously with Holstebro Municipality's goal of "Wider Child Communities", so the special group is also an active part of the whole institution.

We are looking for a colleague who

• Gives the children care and takes their perspective seriously.
• Can create structure, security and individual solutions.
• Can reflect on their work and spar with colleagues.
• Is good at collaborating with both parents and external partners.

You will become part of a professional community

In Filosoffen we collaborate in teams and across the whole institution. We share knowledge, reflect together and develop our pedagogical practice.

We also have an extended collaboration with VIA University College in Holstebro focusing on the connection between pedagogical practice and professional knowledge.

We are looking for you who can both delve into the individual child's needs and contribute to the shared responsibility for all children's wellbeing and participation.

Practical

We are seeking a pedagogue for John's team for 35-37 hours with commencement as soon as possible.

Salary and terms follow the applicable collective agreement.
