Educators and maternity-leave substitutes for Arnborg-Kølkær day care

A fantastic opportunity for the educator with the heart in the right place - we need you who are passionate about working with children aged 0-6.

As of 1 January we have a position as pedagogue in both Arnborg and Kølkær kindergarten available – we also are seeking a maternity leave substitute for the nursery in Arnborg.

This is a unique opportunity to join a small, homey institution and make a difference for the 3-6 year old children.

In Kølkær, which is our smallest day-care offering, we work across nursery and kindergarten and help each other in daily life. It makes sense, as we currently have 10 nursery children and 15 kindergarten children.

The position to be filled is primarily in the kindergarten, and overall there are 4 pedagogues and 3 assistants in the day-care center.

In Arnborg this is a pedagogical position in the kindergarten, where there are currently 33 children. In the nursery there are currently 14 children.

About us

Arnborg-Kølkær day-care consists of 2 departments; 2 integrated day-care offerings in Arnborg and Kølkær, where we are also part of the school and after-school care (SFO) in both towns. The day-care serves about 75 children aged 0-6 years, and the schools have a total of about 145 pupils. We are part of a really good and engaged local community and benefit from the support that lies in it. We know the families well and have a good and close parent collaboration and also an active joint board.

With us there is room to think big, and we know that when we think creatively and work together, we can make a lot happen – it gives a special solidarity and a good sense of community.

During holiday periods we collaborate across houses and groups, just as we have joint staff meetings between the sites
