Then you may be our new pedagogical leader at Trækronernes Kindergarten, House 3.

Trækronernes House 3 is a small 60-child kindergarten in scenic surroundings with a fantastic playground, the city's largest, and a team of staff with great structure and professionalism. Educators in all educator positions.

At Trækronerne we work every day to create a safe, developmental and inspiring childhood, where children are met with care, curiosity and clear adults. We are now looking for an engaged and relationship-focused pedagogical leader who, together with staff, children and parents, will help set the direction for our pedagogical practice.

As a pedagogical leader you will be a visible and present leader who can lead from the front, inspire followers and be close to daily life. We want a leader who believes in the strength of community, high professionalism and a work environment characterized by psychological safety, humor and collaboration.

Is a trained pedagogue – preferably with leadership experience.

Thrives in a daily life close to the children and the pedagogical practice

About the position

The position is full-time with start date by agreement.

As a department head you will be an important part of the house's daily management and culture, where together we create the best framework for children, families and staff.
