We are seeking a pedagogical assistant for 35-37 hours with start 1 November or 1 December 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter to our kindergarten in Storhus.

For us the relationship is the starting point In Klostermarken we believe that children develop and learn through safe relationships, present adults and good communities.

We are concerned with what is good for the children – and with how we as adults create the best conditions for play, development, learning and participation.

We are therefore looking for a colleague who has an eye for the individual child, can see behind the child’s actions and who wants to help create a daily life where children feel seen, heard and meaningful.

You should be able to celebrate with us the small golden moments that daily life is full of – but also be able to stand calmly and professionally when everyday life becomes more challenging.

You will become part of a house in development Klostermarken consists of Lillehuset, Mellemhuset and Storhuset, which are located on two properties close to each other.

In Storehuset there are around 70 children aged 4-6 years distributed over three rooms. We are a large staff group, and we see it as a strength that we can bring different competencies and perspectives into play.

Our common focal point is play and immersion . We work with learning environments, children’s communities and the adult's role in the play. We are very outdoors, go on trips and work deliberately with transitions and with creating a recognizable and safe structure through the day.

We are also in the process of further developing our shared professional foundation. This means, among other things, that we are curious about our own practice, work with smaller groups, feedback and evaluation and dare to try new pedagogical tools.

We do not expect you to have all the answers. We expect that you want to help find them together with us.

• take responsibility and actively contribute to the community
• dare to reflect on your own practice and be curious about others’ perspectives
• want to develop yourself professionally and help develop our shared practice
• are a good collaborative partner and contribute to a good working environment
• have an eye for good parent collaboration
• are reliable and can maintain an overview in a dynamic daily life.
