About the job

Plejehjemmet Kildemosen is looking for a new colleague who wants to be a co-creator of the good and meaningful everyday life for our residents. We are in full swing implementing the new Elder Act. We work with holistic care, and we place high emphasis on residents' self-determination, the rehabilitative aim and contact with family, communities and civil society. You will become an important part of this process.

We are seeking 2 pedagogues/pedagogical assistants for permanent positions.

We expect that you

• are trained as a pedagogue or pedagogical assistant
• have the desire and ability to work rehabilitatively and person-centered to support the individual resident's self-determination, wishes and needs, and daily well-being.
• actively participate in holistic care; personal care and other practical tasks around a resident (experience not required), and relational work/social-pedagogical initiatives.
• dare to bring your professional skills into play, are curious about others' perspectives and actively contribute so that we together find good professional solutions.
• thrive in interdisciplinary collaboration and respect different professions and competencies.
• always see the person before the illness, and meet residents, family/relatives and colleagues with respect, openness and propriety.
• can work within applicable instructions and guidelines, and work in a structured, responsible way with a view to both professionalism and relationships.
• are familiar with daily documentation, and you preferably have knowledge of CURA.

About Kildemosen

Plejehjemmet Kildemosen is located in Tranebjerg in the heart of Samsø, about 10 minutes from the ferries from either Jutland or Zealand. The home has 34 apartments spread over four houses with shared courtyards and sensory garden. Each apartment has direct access to its own terrace.

The workplace is Plejehjemmet Kildemosen, Kildemosen 1-4, Tranebjerg, 8305 Samsø.

It would be a great advantage if you want to be part of our lovely local community, but it is not a requirement. Samsø Municipality is a small and well-functioning municipality that would like to show the world that Samsø is both a wonderful holiday island and a good place to live and work all year round.

Employment terms

Salary and employment terms according to the applicable agreement between the relevant professional organization and Samsø Municipality. The salary is according to the principles of Local pay.

Working hours: 30-37 hours per week

Working time: Mixed day and evening shifts

Weekend shift every 2nd weekend

We are open to creating a position that suits you – we can offer both permanent positions and fixed-term contracts.

We wish to fill the position as soon as possible – but no later than 1 January 2027.
