Pedagogical assistant for special education / SFO at the departments Ellebæk & Nørreland - Lower School

We place emphasis on having empathy, the ability to translate and convey ideas in everyday life, and that you can follow the day’s structure and accommodate the students' needs. We are seeking a helper who, with great dedication, engages in the pedagogical work – both on the playground and in the classroom. A flair for IT is necessary. You must be ready to become an important, professional and stable relation for the students.

Pedagogical experience is an advantage, but other relevant experiences can also carry weight.

The pupil group

Specialkompetence Holstebro is a special school housing the departments Storå, Vingehøj, Nørreland and Ellebæk.

Department Ellebæk is an educational offering for students with autism spectrum disorders, while the students at Nørreland have general or specific developmental disorders.

Interdisciplinary collaboration

We expect flexibility, stability and good humor – and that you are willing to work across disciplines, as the school includes several professional groups.

The pedagogical assistant’s role is to support teaching, activities, provide personal help, set-up/cleanup, supervision, etc. in close collaboration with the rest of the staff.

Further information

We are seeking a pedagogical assistant for 34 hours/week for our Ellebæk and Nørreland departments.

Start date January 1, 2027 or as soon as possible.

Salary and employment terms according to the applicable collective agreement.
