Pedagogical assistant for Unoden

Unoden is seeking a pedagogical assistant – would you like to be a part of our community?

We are looking for a pedagogical assistant for the kindergarten starting January 1, 2027 . The position is essentially 37 hours per week, but we are flexible regarding hours .

We are looking for you who want to be an active part of the children's everyday life and contribute with presence, engagement and good humor.

About the job and us

Unoden is an integrated day care with about 100 children and 26 staff. We are a musical kindergarten with a strong outdoor life profile , where music, creativity, movement and outdoor life are a natural part of daily life.

Here it is as natural to sing a song or bring out the instruments as to light the fire, go exploring outside or start play and movement on the playground.

You will become part of an engaged team in the kindergarten, where we focus on safety/trust, strong relationships, good participation opportunities and shared responsibility . We work from an appreciative and resource-oriented view of children and our three Hs:

Practical info

Opening hours: 6:30 a.m.–4:45 p.m., Friday until 4:00 p.m.

Staff meetings: Monday–Thursday from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Salary and employment terms: Salary is determined based on the applicable collective agreement and a concrete assessment of your education, your documented work experience and your professional and personal qualifications. Before employment and entering the salary agreement you have the opportunity to receive information about the starting salary in the specific position.
