Are you best suited for a construction site where things are happening, and where you by the end of the day can look back on something that will actually be there tomorrow as well?

We are seeking more skilled concrete workers for various concrete and civil engineering tasks around Pandrup and the surrounding area.

Here you will be part of work with, among other things, foundations and ground slabs , and we are looking for people who are not afraid to roll up their sleeves and who know that concrete work requires more than just getting something gray out of a concrete truck. 😄

🧱 What will you be doing?

You will be part of different concrete tasks where the workday can include

🔹 Foundations

🔹 Ground slabs

🔹 Reinforcement

🔹 Formwork

🔹 Concrete pouring

🔹 Preparation before pouring

🔹 Other concrete and civil engineering tasks

This means you will be involved in several parts of the concrete work.

From getting the formwork in place and the reinforcement tied...

...to the concrete truck arriving, and the moment when “we’ll do it in a minute” is no longer an option. 😅

💪 We are looking for people who can take responsibility

You do not need to be able to solve every concrete task in Denmark with your eyes closed.

But you should have a good approach to the work, be able to take responsibility and be ready to work independently and with the rest of the team .

We particularly emphasize that you

• Arrive consistently and on time
• Have experience with concrete or civil engineering work
• Can work independently
• Function well as part of a team
• Takes responsibility for the quality of your work
• Are not afraid of physical work
• Care about doing things properly the first time

If you have a driving license , that’s an advantage.

The same applies if you have relevant courses or experience with construction machinery .

The most important is, however, that you can see yourself in the work and come in with the right attitude.

🔨 It must be done properly – also what you don’t see afterwards

Concrete work is a bit thankless.

A large part of the work you spend time on will either be covered, built upon or hidden under the rest of the construction.

But that doesn’t mean it should be done halfway.

On the contrary.

We are looking for people who know that a good foundation starts long before the concrete is poured.

Here the formwork, reinforcement and the rest of the work must be in place so we can move forward properly.
