Part-time employee for the SAS Lounge at CPH Airport

We are looking for three dedicated and smiling service stars for the SAS Lounge at Copenhagen Airport.

Do you have a passion for guest experiences and hospitality, and do you thrive on delivering high service in a dynamic environment where the pace is fast? Then you might be the person we are looking for.

As part of the SAS Lounge team, you will help create an inviting and professional atmosphere for our guests from around the world. You will play a key role in both guest service and day-to-day operations, where teamwork, order, and quality are in focus.

We work every day to create a lounge experience where guests feel welcome, valued, and well assisted – from their arrival to their onward journey.

We offer

Part-time position of 100 hours distributed over 4 weeks with the possibility of more hours

Shifts every other weekend

Working hours within the timeframe 04:30–23:00 every day of the week

Your tasks

You will be an important part of the daily operations and help ensure that the lounge always appears inviting, clean, and well-organized.

You will among other things

Welcome guests and ensure a warm and professional reception and departure

Create good hospitality through presence and good service

Help and guide guests around the lounge and be attentive to their needs

Prepare food in the lounge kitchen

Prepare coffee in the lounge barista bar

Refresh stock and prepare stations

Ensure that buffet and beverage areas are presentable and well-stocked

Clear in the guest area as well as handle washing up and daily cleaning tasks

Ensure compliance with the self-check program and applicable occupational health standards

Collaborate closely with your colleagues for efficient operations and a high level of service

We are looking for you who

Speaks Danish or another Scandinavian language and English

Have a natural interest in guest service, hospitality, and daily operations

Preferably have experience from the service industry, e.g., hotel, café, restaurant, or lounge

Are approachable, responsible, and have an eye for both detail and the whole

Thrive in a busy and dynamic environment and can maintain an overview when the pace increases

Are a positive team player with good energy

Can work independently and in a structured manner

Are smiling and not afraid to roll up your sleeves

Have knowledge of hygiene standards and self-check

Have a clean criminal record and can undergo an extended background check in accordance with the Danish Transport Authority rules for airport work
