About the job

Would you like to earn your own money, gain new experiences, and become part of a children's house? Maybe you are also curious about whether working with children could be something for you in the future.

We are looking for a young employee between 14 and 16 years old for a temporary inspirational employment in our children's house. The employment lasts ½ year and gives you the opportunity to gain experience from a workplace, meet new children and adults, and get an insight into daily life in a children's house.

You will become part of a good community where adult colleagues help you get started and support you along the way.

What will you do?

Your tasks are primarily practical tasks in the children's house. You may, among other things, find yourself:

  • Help with tidying up and keeping things in order
  • Sweep and make outdoor areas neat
  • Help set up and tidy away after activities
  • Help with small practical tasks in the house
  • Be involved in lighter tasks around the children together with an adult

You will not have responsibility for children alone, and you always work with adult staff.

About the job

  • You are between 14 and 16 years old
  • You can work 2 days a week, 2 hours at a time
  • The employment is limited to ½ year
  • Working hours are arranged to fit with your school and leisure time

Who are you?

We imagine that you

  • Have a desire to try something new
  • Are happy to help out
  • Are punctual
  • Are friendly and positive
  • Can take responsibility for the tasks you are given

The most important thing is not that you have had a job before. The most important is that you want to be part of it.

What will you gain from it?

  • You gain experience in having a job and being part of a workplace.
  • You learn about daily life in a children's house.
  • You may find out whether a job with children and communities could be something for you in the future.
  • You get good experiences and something to put on your CV.
  • Salary according to current agreement

How to apply

Write a little about yourself. Please tell

  • Who you are
  • Which school you attend
  • Why you would like the job
  • What you enjoy doing in your free time

We look forward to hearing from you and getting to know you.

Application deadline: 15 November 2026

Start date: 1 December 2026

The position is paid according to the applicable collective agreement.
