The Shrimp and The Club are part of Waldorf Group, which runs a number of restaurants and concepts in Copenhagen, including Bavette, Bouillon, Fatty's and Mio, where we focus on quality, experience and development.

About The Shrimp

Restaurant The Shrimp is located in a beautiful, hidden atrium courtyard at Sankt Annæ Plads in the heart of Copenhagen. Here gastronomy and atmosphere merge with inspiration from classical French cuisine and a modern New York vibe. Our guests are both local and international, and the atmosphere accommodates everything from the quiet dinner and the formal meeting to the festive evening in elegant surroundings.

Closely connected to the restaurant is The Club – an old-school cocktail bar focusing on quality, craftsmanship and classic cocktails. Together we create a holistic experience where service, atmosphere and quality go hand in hand.

About the job as a waiter

We are seeking part-time servers who are passionate about guest service and thrive in an environment with high standards. You will become part of a dedicated team where hospitality, attention to detail and the guest experience are at the centre.

Your tasks

• Give our guests a good experience from start to finish
• Serve food and drinks with flair and good hospitality
• Guide guests through the menu and drinks
• Take orders and handle payments
• Ensure that the restaurant always appears inviting
• Work closely with the kitchen and the rest of the team

We are looking for someone who

• Has a couple of years' experience as a waiter
• Is passionate about good service and hospitality
• Is friendly, responsible and has an eye for detail
• Thrives in a busy environment and can keep a cool head
• Is flexible and can work evenings and weekends
• Experience with wine or a desire to learn is a plus
