Together for the students' school day

In our primary school you will become part of a skilled and very dedicated team, characterized by professional pride, curiosity and the desire to develop a good school together.

We prioritize joint preparation and close coordination of teaching. This means that you do not stand alone with the tasks, but have colleagues around you who are happy to share ideas, materials, experiences and reflections.

We also work with relational substitute coverage . This means that there are exclusively familiar adults around the students who, as far as possible, help each other and step in when there is absence. In this way we create continuity, recognizability and security for the children.

When a student or a class calls for something special, we investigate it together. We work with a strong academic methodology and have the opportunity for close sparring with PPR (Pedagogical Psychological Services), so pedagogical challenges are translated into shared reflection, concrete actions and new possibilities.

We are looking for you, who

About Trællerupskolen

Trællerupskolen is located at the edge of Gevninge west of Roskilde and has both school and SFO in separate premises. The school has good facilities, a high academic level and a close interaction with an engaged local community.

Salary and employment terms follow the applicable collective agreement and the local pre-agreement between Lejre Municipality and Lejre Teachers' Association. Lejre Municipality has a smoke-free working time.
