In Nordlundens Idrætshus in Slagelse, we are seeking an engaged and presence-oriented pedagogical assistant for a permanent position with start on January 1, 2027 .

Who are we?

Nordlundens Idrætshus is a certified sports institution with a special focus on play, movement and pedagogical sports. We have room for about 120 children distributed across seven rooms and work every day to create the best conditions for children's well-being, development, learning and community.

The child’s perspective and participation are central values in our pedagogical work. In addition, we offer special resources for children in need of extra support.

Your tasks

• pedagogical sports, play and movement
• development of inspiring pedagogical learning environments
• supportive language strategies
• reflection and feedback on and evaluation of own and shared pedagogical practice

Terms of employment

The position is available from January 1, 2027 .

Employment is in accordance with the applicable collective agreement, and both a child and a criminal record check will be obtained.
