Pedagogical Assistant for Hyldgård Nursery

Would you like to be an important part of the youngest's everyday life?

In Hyldgård Nursery in Ikast we are seeking an educational assistant for 35 hours per week with start on 1 January or preferably earlier.

A day in our nursery is filled with play, laughter, curiosity, small discoveries and big emotions. It is also meals, diaper changes, putting to bed, comfort and safe routines. In the middle of it all you help to create a daily life that forms the basis for a good childhood.

Good relationships are the driving force of our work. We are present adults who support the children's play, curiosity and friendships and give space for each child to develop at their own pace.

We are looking for you who

• meet the children with warmth, calm and presence
• wish to play, sing, tumble and explore the world together with the children
• see the value in the small everyday situations and good routines
• have an eye for both the individual child and the community
• take initiative and contribute positively to the collaboration.

It is an advantage if you have experience from day care, but not a prerequisite. The most important thing is that you want to work with the youngest and help create a safe and content-rich everyday life for them.

Who are we?

Sydbyens Dagtilbud consists of the kindergartens Hyldgård and Lægdsgård with around 135 children and more than 40 staff. In Hyldgård we have both the kindergarten and the nursery Spilopperne with 15 children aged 0-3 years.

We have a shared focus on the good childhood, play and the binding communities. We help each other and believe that we are most successful together.
