We need someone who is strong in relationship work with both children and parents, can initiate play, but is also focused on following the children's initiatives. You are curious, open, flexible and loyal in relation to agreements.

We need an initiative-taking colleague who can create structure and stability, while you are caring and present.

Who are we

We are a day care facility located on 3 sites with a fenced community – the position will be in our large children's house with children aged approximately 3.5-6 years. Overall the structure is with 2 groups on the ground floor and 1st floor – where you will be attached to one of the floors.

We focus on quality and professionalism in relation to the good life for children. It is exciting to work here and we reflect so it creaks. For us the core task comes before anything else.

We work for children's communities, well-being and learning, just as it is essential for us to focus on the child perspective… again and again! This requires that we must be brave enough to “mingle” in each other's work, and that communication and well-being are a shared responsibility. We make an effort, we practice, and we learn from our mistakes. We see the children's resources rather than limitations. We work with development-supportive interaction based on ICDP elements and focus on the framework for participation opportunities in the communities.

We place emphasis on a good collaboration with parents and see the parents as an important partner.
