Pedagogical worker sought for Botilbuddet Østrup - room for presence and professionalism

We are seeking a permanent pedagogical staff member for Botilbuddet Østrup - a colleague who wants to be part of everyday life, the community and the professional work around our residents.

A common thread in the work is that the relationship is the central element . We work with people who need staff who can create calm and predictability, and who can at the same time be present, curious and professionally reflective.

Your tasks will include

• Support residents in their daily life and personal goals
• Create calm, structure and predictability in daily life
• Work relationally with a basis in each individual’s needs and resources
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary collaboration
• Contribute to pedagogical discussions, documentation and professional development
• Participate in activities and help create good and meaningful everyday lives

With us there are different ways to work pedagogically. You can become part of the botilbuddet’s fixed team , but there can also be an opportunity to join a more sheltered 2:1 framework around a single resident , who needs close, continuous and individually tailored support.

We apply Low Arousal and LA2 as pedagogical approaches to, among other things, create well-being and safety plans. The methods support our work to prevent violence, threats and use of force and promote well-being. You will naturally be trained in these methods with us.
