We believe that the best solutions are created together with the young people and families. Therefore, we work holistically, practice-oriented and with a high degree of involvement. • Can build trust, motivate and maintain collaboration with young people and families even when it is difficult
  • Have insight into developmental psychology and an understanding of distress, mental vulnerability as well as the challenges that can accompany, among other things, ADHD and autism
  • Have experience with conflict management and complex family dynamics
  • Thrive in an independent and field-based role where you plan your own workday
  • Document and evaluate your work systematically and see competence development as a natural part of your working life
  • Are happy to use creative, practical or activity-based approaches as part of the common third
