At Kliplev School there is room for ideas

Kliplev School is a smaller school with about 140 pupils from 0-6 grade. We know each other, and we place emphasis on closeness, safe relationships and strong communities – among both students and adults.

We work to create a school where children want to be, learn and be part of the community. Therefore we are also curious about how we can continually make our school even better – both in teaching and in the breaks, which are an important part of the students' school day.

As a pedagogue or pedagogical assistant you will become part of a dedicated staff, where there is room to contribute, try ideas and create something together. You will have the opportunity to put your own stamp on everyday life and help develop both Opladeren and our breaks.

About the job

You will become part of the everyday life at Kliplev School and have a versatile role with close contact to the students.

Part of your hours will be linked to our intermediate form Opladeren , where you together with colleagues work to create good frameworks for students who need something different or more than the ordinary school day can offer.

Another important part of the job is our breaks. We want to create more opportunities for play, activity, creativity and community, and here you get a very special opportunity to help develop, test and implement new ideas.

You will have a close daily life with teachers and pedagogues and be part of the joint work around the students' well-being, development and communities.

We imagine that you can be both the safe adult the students seek, and the person who says: "What if we tried this?"

Your tasks

• Be an active and present adult in Opladeren and support the students' well-being and development
• Plan and carry out activities that give the students good experiences and communities
• Be part of developing new and exciting opportunities in the school's breaks
• Take initiative for your own ideas and dare to try new activities and communities
• Be visible and engaged in the school's breaks and create safe frameworks for the students
• Collaborate closely with teachers and pedagogues about the students' everyday life and development

We expect that you

• are educated pedagogue or pedagogical assistant
• are good at creating safe and positive relationships with children
• meet the students with presence, clarity and respect
• have a desire to take initiative and start activities
• dare to think anew and test ideas – even when you do not know the outcome in advance
• can collaborate closely with teachers and pedagogues around the students' well-being and development

It is an advantage if you have

• experience with children who need special frameworks or support
• experience with planning and carrying out activities for children
• ideas for play, movement, creativity or other activities that can create life in breaks
• experience with working inclusively and creating communities across pupils
• willingness to help develop Opladeren and the school's pedagogical practice

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment terms according to the applicable collective agreement.

The position is 25 hours per week with start on 1 December 2026.

We note that prior to employment a child and criminal background check will be obtained and employment will be conditional on these being satisfactory.
