We are seeking a health care professional colleague for a permanent evening shift at Care Center Pedershave

At Pedershave you will become part of an engaged staff group, where we work closely together to create a safe and meaningful everyday life for our residents – including citizens with dementia.

With us daily life is in focus. We actively involve residents in the day's small and large tasks, cherish traditions and create meaningful moments.

In the evening shift you work together with a fixed team of social- and health care helpers, social- and health care assistants and activity staff, where we help each other and collaborate across the houses.

Your tasks will include

• Provide care and nursing focusing on the individual resident's needs
• Create safety and structure in everyday life
• Contribute to a good everyday life with activities, community and presence
• Collaborate with colleagues, relatives and cross-disciplinary partners
• Contribute to a good work environment and high professional quality

About you

• Educated social and health care helper or assistant
• Have experience with – or an interest in – working with residents with dementia
• Are present and good at building relationships
• Can work independently and keep overview in daily life
• Contribute positively to collaboration in the staff group
• Are keen on professional development and to share knowledge with colleagues

Working hours

The positions are as a rule

• Evening shift: 28 hours with weekend work every 2nd weekend

We try as far as possible to consider requests in the duty roster.
