Permanent evening shift at OK-Fonden as a trained Social and Health Helper.

Therefore we have a vacant position as a Social and Health Helper. It is a permanent evening shift of 28 hours per week, with work every other weekend. It follows the 5-2 principle. We work in fixed shifts.

Diverse tasks and professional pride

It is important that you approach the tasks and challenges we encounter in daily life with engagement and curiosity. Therefore we expect you to contribute to a good working environment and speak openly about the challenges you meet. The tasks are diverse as we have 56 residents whose individual needs are met.

Tasks include palliative care, personal care, medication management and nursing tasks, which will continually evolve. We are proud of our work and our professionalism, and that we do things with integrity and thoroughness. This allows residents to experience coherence and meaning in daily life. This is achieved through a person-centered approach. We are ambitious and visionary and prioritize competence development highly through, among other things, training programs, resident conferences and professional sparring.
