Do you want to be part of a professionally strong community, where high quality, development and collaboration go hand in hand?

At Prevention and Training in Frederikssund Municipality we are seeking a dedicated physiotherapist for a permanent position at our site on Nordhøj in Skibby. The position has until now functioned as a temporary position, and we want to anchor the tasks in a permanent employment.

You will become part of a workplace where we are passionate about making a difference for citizens, helping each other across disciplines and prioritising both professional development and a good collegial community.

About the position

Your primary areas of work will be

  • Rehabilitation and training of citizens with cancer, both individually and in groups
  • Rehabilitation of citizens with ankle problems
  • Training and guidance of citizens with osteoarthritis primarily referred under SUL § 140

Since we help each other across specialty areas, you will occasionally be responsible for tasks within the geriatric area, including group training and home training.

You will have a strong influence on the planning of citizen pathways and will be an important partner in the work to create cohesive, meaningful and targeted rehabilitation pathways.

Who are you?

  • Qualified physiotherapist with an interest in rehabilitation and training
  • Have experience with or an interest in cancer rehabilitation, osteoarthritis, orthopedic surgical issues and/or geriatrics
  • Can work independently while thriving in a close interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Are good at creating motivation and engagement among citizens
  • Work in a structured way and keep an overview in a busy daily life
  • See the value in helping colleagues across disciplines and contributing to the community

It is not essential that you can do everything from day one. We place a high value on curiosity, professional development and a strong willingness to learn.

With us you get

  • A permanent position with an exciting and varied field of tasks
  • Skilled and helpful colleagues who are happy to share knowledge and experiences
  • Opportunity for professional sparring and development across specialties
  • A workplace focused on quality, development and citizen involvement
  • A strong collegial community where we help each other and have room for humor in everyday life
