Physiotherapist for home training and rehabilitation

Do you want to work closely with citizens and help create meaningful rehabilitation journeys?

We are seeking a physiotherapist for a maternity leave cover for 32-37 hours per week for 8 months with the possibility of extension. The position includes tasks within home training and outpatient rehabilitation, where you will have great influence on planning your citizen journeys and the opportunity to contribute to the development of the area.

About the position

You will become part of an engaged therapy team where rehabilitation, interdisciplinary collaboration and the citizen's goals are the driving force of our efforts.

Your tasks will include, among others

• Training and rehabilitation in the citizen's own home
• Outpatient rehabilitation programs, individually and in groups
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with home care, nursing and other partners
• Development of goals and plans in close dialogue with the citizen
• Support for the transition to maintenance offers and continued physical activity

Training is carried out both with physical attendance and with digital support when it makes sense for the citizen's journey.
