At the Health and Care Plazas in Ø. Tørslev, we are looking for an engaged physiotherapist for a day shift position. We are facing an exciting development where we will help shape the framework for the future health and care plazas.

At the Health and Care Plazas in Ø. Tørslev we will create safe and coherent pathways for citizens with different health and care needs.

Rehabilitation is an important part of the effort. We base it on each citizen's resources, needs and goals and focus on supporting the citizen's physical function, mobility and ability to manage daily life as independently as possible.

As a physiotherapist you will play an important role in the interdisciplinary collaboration with nurses, social and health care personnel, occupational therapists and other professional groups. You will have the opportunity to bring your expertise into play and help develop a common approach to rehabilitation, where we work together for the best possible course for the citizen.

Your tasks

As a physiotherapist you will become an important part of the work to create coherent and rehabilitative citizen pathways. Your tasks will include, among others:

• Assess citizens' physical function, mobility and need for physiotherapeutic interventions
• Plan and carry out individual rehabilitative interventions based on the citizen's goals and resources
• Work to maintain and retrain citizens' strength, balance, gait function and mobility
• Support citizens' ability to regain or maintain as much independence in daily life as possible
• Assess the need for walking aids and other relevant aids and advise on the use of these
• Advice and consult with colleagues on mobilization, transfers and physical activity in daily care and assistance
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, nurses, social and health care personnel and other relevant partners
• Document interventions and follow up on citizens' development
• Contribute to the development of workflows and professional quality at the Health and Care Plazas

We are looking for someone who

• Is educated and licensed physiotherapist
• Has an interest in rehabilitation and in supporting citizens' physical function and independence
• Can translate your physiotherapeutic expertise into concrete actions in citizens' daily lives
• Sees the individual citizen's resources and possibilities to develop or maintain their physical functions
• Thrives working independently while also participating in close interdisciplinary collaboration
• Has good communication skills and can advise and spar with colleagues across disciplines
• Is curious, flexible and wants to help develop new workflows
• Contributes positively to a work environment characterized by open dialogue, learning and shared responsibility
• Keeps the citizen at the center and sees the value in working with the whole person

Practical information

The position is a day shift position, with working hours distributed over all seven days of the week. You should therefore expect weekend shifts every 3rd weekend.

The position is 37 hours per week and is desired to be filled on 1 January 2027 or after agreement.

Salary and employment conditions follow the applicable collective agreement and the principles of local pay formation.
