SSH (day or evening) to Lokalteam Midt in Køge

We are seeking qualified social and health care assistants for the medical and home care at Lokalteam Midt.

We are located in the heart of lovely Køge town at Nørre Boulevard 101.

We are looking for both fixed day shifts and fixed evening shifts. Please indicate in your application whether you are applying for a day shift or an evening shift.

About the job You will become part of our visiting nursing and home care, where we work in cross-disciplinary and self-managing mini-teams.

We focus on holistic care, rehabilitation and close collaboration with citizens.

Shifts

• Day shift: You work Monday - Friday and every 2nd weekend (possible to request even/odd weeks).
• Evening shift: You work a 5-2 rotation (Monday-Tuesday) and a shift every 2nd weekend in odd weeks.

Start times

• Day shift: 07.00 – 15.00
• Aftenvagt: 15.00 - 23.00

Routes

• Day shift: Performed on foot, by car or by bicycle – you bring your own bicycle and receive a bicycle allowance.
• Evening shift: Always by car - a driving license is therefore required if you apply for the evening position.

Your tasks You perform holistic care and practical assistance from a rehabilitative approach – always based on the individual citizen.

Your tasks will include

• Personal care and practical assistance – focusing on maintaining the citizen's independence and functioning in daily life.
• Ongoing assessment of the citizen's need for help and adapting the care – together with the citizen.
• Transferred nursing tasks such as medication administration, compression, care of catheters and stoma, etc. – tasks aligned with your competence assessment.
• Planning of your own driving lists and work tasks in collaboration with colleagues in the mini-team.

About Lokalteam Midt Lokalteam Midt consists of about 56 employees spread across social and health care helpers, social and health care assistants, nurses and therapists.

We also train apprentices and students and place high priority on learning and professional sparring – you should be eager to contribute to that.

We are looking for you, who It is a requirement that you are educated as a social and health care helper. You may very well have experience from home care.

We expect that you

• Are helpful and respectful regarding the care tasks with the citizens
• Can cooperate in the mini-team and at the same time work independently with the citizens
• Are comfortable with IT – we use Nexus for documentation
• Can speak and understand Danish

Terms of employment and contact The day shift positions are full-time. The evening shift position is 28 hours in a fixed evening shift, but we can offer up to full-time in other shifts if you wish.

Salary and terms of employment according to the applicable collective agreement and after negotiation with the negotiating organization.
