You will be part of Operations and Building, which is a department under the Centre for Property in the Capital Region. We are responsible for the operation and maintenance of the region's hospitals, and a lot of people depend on our work. Our most important task is to ensure that the hospital functions – around the clock, year-round.
Your tasks
Your tasks will include, among other things
- Operations, maintenance and repair of technical plants and installations.
- Troubleshooting and rectification of both planned and urgent tasks.
- Contribute with your technical knowledge and experience in connection with smaller and larger projects.
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with colleagues from other trades, for example electricians, carpenters, smiths and project managers – both internally and externally.
- Registration and handling of tasks in Dalux, which is our system for task management and maintenance.
We imagine that you
- Have a relevant professional background, e.g. as a VVS technician or metalworker. Experience from similar work can also be relevant.
- Have a good technical understanding and the ability to work systematically with troubleshooting and repair.
- Can work independently and take responsibility for your tasks.
- Are service-minded and thrive with an outgoing everyday life with many contact surfaces.
- Are good at collaborating and contribute to a constructive dialogue across trades.
- Are flexible and helpful and gladly lend a hand to a colleague when needed.
We offer
- An exciting and stable workplace in a technically complex environment.
- Good opportunities for further education and professional development – also within areas outside the classic VVS work, for example energy optimization, CTS, sustainability, medical gases and technical building monitoring.
- Great autonomy and freedom to plan and organize your own tasks.
- A casual work environment characterized by professionalism, collaboration and respect.
- Good colleagues with many different trades backgrounds.
- Paid lunch break and a 37-hour workweek. The working hours are Monday to Thursday from 7:00 to 14:30 and Friday from 7:00 to 14:00.
- Affordable access to fitness facilities and various staff benefits.
We place great emphasis on a good and healthy working environment. Although there are sometimes tasks and deadlines to meet, we help each other across the trades. We believe the best solutions are created through collaboration, professional sparring and a good dialogue.
